Maria Sole Pozza

Maria Sole was born on the 19th of may in 1999 in Bassano and she currently lives with his family in Marostica. When she was just 1 year old she’d been diagnosed with a psychomotor retardation due to some lacks in the psychophysical development. After a few years, the retardation was discovered to be Pitt-Hopkins syndrome, a genetic desease that mentally and physically limits the person.
After the primary school, Maria Sole attended the artistic high school “G. De Fabris” in Nove, where she met Antonella Lamonaca, her art teacher, and started approaching painting. Since then, Maria Sole learned to love colours and brushes. Together with music, they suddenly became her passion. Sole had the chance to make some exhibitions with the school and she also had a personal one in Verona.
