General conditions of sale

1. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.

1.1 All orders placed via the Internet at La Galleria del Tempo are governed by these General Conditions of Sale, formulated in accordance with the current legislation on contracts concluded outside the commercial premises. By submitting an order, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale.

1.2 The Galleria del Tempo reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time of placing the order.

2. PASSWORD

2.1 Registration with “username” and “password” is optional. If the customer does not wish to register, he can conclude the purchase: only the data necessary for the delivery and billing of the order will be required.

5. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

5.1 The order placed on this website does not constitute a binding obligation until La Galleria del Tempo sends an e-mail confirmation.

5.2 The data recorded by La Galleria del Tempo constitute proof of the order and of the entire transaction. The data recorded through the payment system shall constitute proof of the financial transaction.

6. CUSTOMS RULES

6.1 When ordering products that must be delivered to a country which is different from the country of dispatch of La Galleria del Tempo, the user is considered as an authorized importer and he must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country of receipt of the goods.

6.2 You may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival of the goods in your country. The additional costs of customs clearance are borne by the buyer. La Galleria del Tempo has no control over these costs and does not know their amount. Customs policy varies from country to country and, for more information, it is advisable to contact the local customs authorities.

7. PRICES

7.1 The prices applicable for the products ordered are those that appear on this site at the date of transmission of the order. These prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included.

7.2 Delivery costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on this website on the date on which the order is placed. These rates are defined according to the size of the order and the delivery method chosen.

7.3 La Galleria del Tempo reserves itself the right to modify at any time the prices and shipping costs and to cancel an order in case of obvious error in the calculation system or in the data.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

8.1 These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the law in force in Italy.

8.2 For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of Treviso.
